Appointments at Adviso: Kristel Salesse and Philippe Boutin-Lizotte

Adviso is proud to officially announce new roles for Kristel Salesse and Philippe Boutin-Lizotte as Advisory Group Team Leaders. Salesse was previously project management practice lead and Boutin-Lizotte was formerly an account manager.

The advisory group brings together around a dozen account managers, project managers, and coordinators to rigorously track the success and performance of Adviso’s clients.

Kristel Salesse, former Project Management Practice Lead, becomes Group Account Team Lead

With over 14 years of experience in project management and in communication, business strategy, and digital, Kristel has all the skills necessary to provide creative leadership and sound management of the team’s abilities as well as ensure its mature growth.

Kristel joined the team at Adviso in 2014 as digital production manager, becoming practice lead in 2016 before taking on a role as manager. Over the years, Kristel has made major contributions to the development of Adviso’s project management practice by raising awareness of the need for frameworks adapted to the nature of the challenges undertaken and encouraging the team to be more customer service oriented. She has also held the titles of PMI-certified Project Management Professional since 2013 and Professional Scrum Master since 2017.

Philippe Boutin-Lizotte, former Account Manager, becomes Group Account Team Lead

With 10 years of experience working at international communication agencies, Philippe has made a name for himself in the digital media world. A recipient of Infopresse’s Grand Prix de la Relève in 2013, he has worked for many challenging brands with some of the most enviable reputations.

Since arriving at Adviso, Philippe has risen through the ranks, ascending from media planner to media team leader, then later becoming account manager before attaining the title of Advisory Group Team Leader.

A digital media standard-bearer and branding enthusiast, he understands the role of every platform and knows when each can be used for the benefit of his clients. His experience in 360-degree planning also enables him to align digital strategies with other media while keeping established objectives in mind, in terms of both ROI and brand equity.
