$81,000 raised for the 2019 edition of Tremblant's 24h
10 December 2019
Adviso is immensely proud to be able to hand over the record sum of $81,000 in charitable donations amassed during Trembalnt’s 24h, while also managing to be ranked the top 10th multi team. Since early fall of 2019, Adviso’s employees have led an intensive drive for donations in advance of their participation in the event, which was held this past December 7 and 8 at Mont-Tremblant.
A total of 57 Adviso team members grouped into five large teams participated in Tremblant’s 24h 2019. The objective of every team member was to raise a minimum of $500, and creative ideas for achieving that goal were not in short supply: dumpling preparation, a cocktail workshop, T-shirt sales or even artisanal products were all put to work. For the fourth consecutive year, Adviso also held its traditional “Annuel Avant-Ski,” a festive evening held at the offices, which on its own raised close to $17,000 in donations for Tremblant’s 24h.
The mission of the Tremblant’s 24h relay race event is to improve the well-being of sick children. In exchange for donations, participants undertake relay races in walking, running or skiing for 24 hours. An active participant in the cause for the past six years, Adviso has also been a proud partner of the event for three years.
