Practice Lead, Paid Social

Adviso, a leader in digital marketing, is currently searching for a practice lead in paid social to strengthen its team and manage innovation within the media department. A typical day will involve:

  • Planning and developing media strategies that fulfill the business needs and goals of agency clients
  • Analyzing, synthesizing, interpreting, and explicating the data used to target business opportunities and support proposed strategies
  • Managing practices in paid social: encouraging knowledge sharing and ensuring the orderly operation of dedicated discussion spaces; supervising platforms and managing financial and administrative aspects
  • Monitoring technologies and innovation: tracking trends, leading innovation through SWOT analyses, and developing cutting-edge strategies
  • Training and nurturing new recruits: supervising the integration of new employees, identifying and fulfilling the team’s professional development needs
  • Supporting adviso’s expertise in media: acting as a vector for the development of the paid social practice within media services in order to contribute to its overall evolution

Challenges to be met:

  • To become a force for change within the industry’s evolution, particularly given the disappearance of cookies and the rapid evolution of AI

  • To actively contribute to the evolution of our media services, both in terms of its vision and services offered as well as its operational processes

This professional challenge is for you if you have: 

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of paid social
  • A good command of paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, X/Twitter, Snapchat) and Google Analytics 4, as well as best practices in tracking and optimization
  • Cutting-edge expertise in media planning
  • Excellent communication, presentation and training skills; an ability to establish solid interpersonal relationships
  • A passion for technological developments and innovation
  • The following certifications: Meta Certified Media Planning Professional and Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, Pinterest Advertising Essentials, LinkedIn Certified Marketing Insider , Google Analytics 4
  • An excellent grasp of French and English, both oral and written, is necessary to ensure effective interactions with our national and international customers, as well as to ensure optimal management of content and tools in our da

You would be a step ahead of the competition if you had the following assets:

  • Experience managing paid social campaigns in different geographic or cultural markets, which would indicate you have a broader, more valuable perspective
  • Experience with third-party integration tools like Zapier for automating audiences
  • Experience in omnichannel e-commerce (including offline conversions) and its automation 
  • Experience in advanced performance tracking with CAPI and Advanced Email Matching 
  • Expertise in advanced data analytics tools, such as SQL or Tableau, or proficiency in statistics 
  • Recognized experience in team management, coaching, or mentorship
