Marketing professional for almost 20 years, I came on-board with new media and, accordingly, had the opportunity to contribute to the digital shift undergone by a number of companies. Since then, I’ve aimed to push the limits of traditional approaches, increase my understanding of the consumer, measure and optimize as part of an ongoing quest to create impactful and meaningful customer experiences and communications. During my 10 years tenure in agencies: (Sid Lee, Y&R, Adviso) where I fulfilled the duties of Account Director, Interactive Strategist and Senior Digital Producer, I developed strategies, managed brand image and lead teams towards the delivery of several major campaigns, projects, some of which were recognized at the Boomerangs, CMA, MIA, DMA awards.
My business sense and interest for commercial strategies have led me to pursue a customer-focused career at the SAQ. There, I managed operations and the team of Web experts of saq.com while contributing to the redesign of the site. My interest for technologies and customer experience then guided me naturally towards business intelligence and relationship marketing. Over the past few years I have piloted the customer experience strategy, translated the vision into business needs, developed the economic model and business case, built and managed a team of specialists and selected the partners of the SAQ Inspire program.
