Digital Media Analyst

Adviso is currently looking for a digital media analyst with particular strengths in paid search, paid social and programmatic.

Each day, your exceptional sense of team spirit will have you collaborating closely with your co-workers in digital media, as well as with all of Adviso’s other teams (CX, Content, SEO, Analytics and Data Science), your goal being to maximize your clients’ business results through omnichannel strategy, marketing data analysis and content marketing.

A typical day will involve:

  • Ensuring the optimization and analysis of campaign performance according to the specifications of the media planner
  • Designing tactical plans for campaigns that sustain the strategy outlined in the media plan
  • Supporting the media planner in creating strategic recommendations that aim to improve campaign results
  • Putting campaigns online through various channels and handling tracking
  • Performing analyses of recurring campaigns
  • Leading calls with clients through the delivery of required performance reports
  • Making optimization recommendations and guiding clients towards the achievement of their predetermined business objectives

This professional challenge is a great opportunity if you have:

  • A college diploma or university degree in marketing communication, or the equivalent experience
  • At least five years of experience in buying for TV and radio campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of TV programming in French and English
  • Experience in buying for a vast range of major clients
  • A very good grasp of Excel, PPT, Numeris, EAS/Adtraq and Mediaocean

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in digital media, mainly in paid search and paid social
  • A command of campaign management and optimization tools, mainly the Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms
  • Experience using ad servers (Campaign Manager 360 or other) and DSP (Display and Video 360 or other)
  • A command of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Experience in lead generation, e-commerce and brand awareness
  • Mastery of the Google suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.) and of Excel spreadsheets
  • An excellent grasp of French, both oral and written
  • Oral and written knowledge in English, an asset depending on certain technological and customer needs
  • The right to work in Canada

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • Google Ads
  • Facebook Blueprint
  • GAIQ (Google Analytics Individual Qualification)
  • DV360 and Campaign Manager
