Hans Laroche
Hans is a recognized expert in relationship marketing. With an impressive track record of over 35 years in relationship marketing, he has contributed to the relationship strategies of many Canadian and international brands, including Videotron Business Solutions, La Société des casinos du Québec, Nespresso, McKesson, Fido, Belairdirect, Mastercard Canada, Metro Group and Desjardins. Hans has been teaching at university for 28 years. He teaches relationship marketing in the Master's program in marketing communication at the University of Sherbrooke and Omnichannel strategies in the graduate program at ESG UQAM. Hans holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Sherbrooke.
