Adviso is currently searching for a digital media specialist with notable skills in paid search, paid social, and programmatic.

On a daily basis, your remarkable sense of team spirit will facilitate close collaboration with your colleagues in digital media, as well as all of the other teams at Adviso (CX, content, SEO, analytics and data science), with the goal of maximizing your clients’ business results using an omnichannel strategy, marketing data analysis, and content marketing.
A typical day will involve :
- Ensuring the optimization and analysis of campaign performance based on specifications from the media planner
- Producing tactical plans for campaigns based on the strategy specified in the media plan
- Supporting the media planner in the creation of strategic recommendations to improve campaign results
- Uploading campaigns to different channels online and ensuring any required tracking
- Performing regular campaign analyses
- Conducting calls with clients to deliver required performance reports
- Offering optimization recommendations and supporting clients in the achievement of predetermined business objectives
This professional challenge is a great opportunity if you have :
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in digital media, mainly in paid search and paid social
- An understanding of campaign management and optimization tools, mainly on platforms such as Google Ads or Search Ads 360, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social platforms
- Experience using ad servers (Campaign Manager 360 or some other) and DSPs (Display & Video 360 or some other)
- An understanding of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics
- Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, and brand awareness
- A good grasp of the Google suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.) and Excel for spreadsheets
- An excellent grasp of French and English, both oral and written
- The right to work in Canada
It would be a major asset if you were certified in :
- Google Ads;
- Facebook Blueprint;
- Google Analytics;
- DV360 and Campaign Manager.
