Adviso is searching for a team lead and media strategist to round out its team of experts. Based on their recognized expertise in digital media, the selected person will be responsible for defining and deploying media strategies that contribute to our clients’ success. This person will also be responsible for providing continuous support in professional development to our media team.

Every day, you’ll plan media campaigns, build solid relationships with clients, and support your team in campaign activation. Your overarching goal will be to generate promising business opportunities that contribute to elevating our clients’ performance, in addition to transforming our partnership with them.
A typical day will involve :
- Planning and developing media strategies that fulfill the business needs and objectives of agency clients
- Analyzing, synthesizing, interpreting, and explicating the data that will be used to target business opportunities and support proposed strategies
- Tracking the execution and optimization of media plans with partners in order to maximize the effectiveness of proposed actions and reach established goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Supervising your team’s performance as they reach their professional goals, including: tracking the team’s work level, tracking the progression of client projects, and validating the quality of deliverables, the performance of results, and overall satisfaction of clients
- Managing talent: coaching and managing a team of approximately 4 to 6 employees while supervising their integration, evaluation, and professional development
You should take on this professional challenge if you have :
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in media, including 4 in digital media planning
- A deep understanding of the main digital media platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Demand-Side Platform (DSP), etc.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in management
- A university degree in a field related to this position
- An excellent grasp of French and English, both oral and written
- The right to work in Canada
