Senior 360 Media Planner

Adviso is looking for a senior 360 media planner to complete its media team. You will be responsible for defining and deploying creative and innovative 360 media strategies that contribute to our clients’ success.

You will supply advanced strategic thinking and measure the overall impact of brand media campaigns on our clients’ business results. You will adopt a performance-based approach in order to improve campaign performance and promote brands using a skilful mix of innovation, creativity, and data-based strategic thinking.

A typical day will involve:

  • Planning and developing creative media strategies that perform well and fulfill the needs and  business goals of agency clients
  • Analyzing, summarizing, interpreting, and explicating the data that will be used to identify business opportunities and support proposed strategies
  • Tracking the execution and optimization of media plans with partners in order to maximize the effectiveness of proposed measures and achieve established goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Contributing your strategic thinking skills beyond the domain of paid media by working together with specialists from a range of areas of expertise (data intelligence and digital experience team, creative agency specialists, offline media team, digital media performance team, customer or product experts)
  • Culturing lasting relationships with our various partners and collaborators
  • Working with a very close, unified team for whom knowledge sharing and mutual assistance are integral to their workday

This professional challenge is a great opportunity if you have :

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in 360 media planning (traditional and digital)
  • Experience negotiating direct buys (premium, content, influencer marketing)
  • A university degree in an area related to the position
  • An excellent mastery of French and English, both oral and written
  • The right to work in Canada

You’ll be ahead of the pack of applicants if you have the following assets :

  • A good understanding of the main digital media platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, demand-side platforms (DSP)
  • Experience planning national campaigns for major advertisers
