Adviso is looking for a Customer Experience Team Lead who is enthusiastic about the continuous optimization of user experience and is motivated by the measurable impact of their activities.
As a team manager, you’ll be responsible for modelling, testing, and executing strategies that aim to improve customer experience across all digital touchpoints. Your expertise in CRO as well as A/B and multivariate testing enables you to helm strategic initiatives based on data, thereby improving the performance of our clients’ digital ecosystems.

A typical day will involve :
- Developing and supervising customer experience optimization strategies (UX/UI, CRO) that are aligned with our clients’ business objectives
- Designing effective omnichannel customer journeys, then translating them into specific, testable recommendations
- Leading A/B test campaigns: defining hypotheses, prioritizing tests, configuration, tracking and analysis of results
- Collaborating closely with teams in Analytics, Media, and Content in order to ensure the cohesive, measurable deployment of CX initiatives
- Supervising and supporting your team members in developing their command of tools (ex., Adobe Target, AB Tasty, etc.), CRO methodologies, and best practices in UX
- Presenting results, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients in a convincing way and in relation to their business priorities
- Ensuring the continuous improvement of our internal processes related to customer experience
You should take on this professional challenge if you have :
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in UX, CRO, digital strategy, or customer experience optimization, including a good grasp of A/B tests
- Proven experience in team management
- A mastery of testing platforms (Adobe Target, Optimizely, AB Tasty, or others)
- A deep understanding of digital user journeys, ergonomic principles, and user psychology
- An ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data for the purpose of drawing relevant, exploitable insights from them
- A keen sense of communication and collaborative leadership and an ability to lead projects to completion within complex environments
- A particular fondness for performance measurement and a results-oriented culture
