Adviso is currently looking for a senior SEM strategist.

Being highly interested in marketing and media, you enjoy analyzing and planning as much as you do producing performance estimations and presenting recommendations that are aligned with clients’ business objectives.
On a daily basis, your unparalleled team spirit facilitates your close collaboration with colleagues in digital media as well as all of the other teams at adviso (CX, content, SEO, analytics, and data science) in order to maximize your clients’ business results through omnichannel strategy, marketing data analysis, and content marketing.
A typical day will involve :
- Defining and putting in place SEM strategies that are aligned with clients’ business objectives, with measurable projections, performance estimations, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Deploying campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other emerging platforms, in collaboration with a team of specialists and analysts
- Contributing to the evolution of our SEM practice: road map, tracking trends, guiding and developing team talent
- Participating in the design and presentation of substantial reports for clients
- Offering guidance to and fostering strategic thinking in our clients
- Producing digital audits and competitor analyses
- Supporting the team during client pitches to highlight adviso’s SEM expertise
- Shifting the perception of marketing from being a cost centre to a profit centre by integrating ideas of profitability and comprehensive performance measurement, including offline conversions
You should take on this professional challenge if you have :
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital media, mainly in SEM
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital strategy
- A firm grasp of campaign management and optimization tools, mainly on Google Ads or Search Ads 360 platforms and Bing Ads
- An understanding of Google Merchant Center and experience managing Shopping/PMax campaigns
- Experience using ad servers (Campaign Manager or another tool)
- A good grasp of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Experience in lead generation, e-commerce, and brand awareness
- An excellent grasp of French and English, both oral and written
- The right to work in Canada
