At adviso, you will :
- Plan projects: receive briefs, analyze the client’s ecosystem and industry, identify resources in collaboration with various experts, draft project plans, allocate hours to resources
- Manage execution: support and evolve project plans, respect deadlines and budgets, handle internal and client follow-ups, provide clear briefs to teams, and ensure team members understand what is required
- Be proactive: identify opportunities to make improvements during projects, anticipate risks, offer specific solutions to your clients, and integrate any changes needed to ensure smooth project rollout
- Promote collaboration: mobilize the right stakeholders, host productive meetings, draft accurate minutes of meetings and prepare agendas in advance of meetings
- Close out projects: ensure invoicing, analyze the profitability of projects, and close out projects using our management tools
- Produce reliable documentation: keep a written record of requests, decisions, and key changes during mandates
- Validate the quality of deliverables: ensure consistency between client needs and internal deliverables in collaboration with project teams
You should take on this professional challenge if you have :
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar project management role, in marketing or customer service
- Experience in digital marketing, as an asset
- An overall understanding of and strong interest in business marketing as well as our integrated services (media, business consulting, data and analytics, AI, customer experience, SEO)
- A good grasp of approaches to and different methodologies in project management
An understanding of collaboration tools (Google Drive, Trello, etc.) - A strong interest in and healthy curiosity about the integration of AI into your everyday duties
- A solid grasp of French and English, both oral and written
- The right to work in Canada
