Adviso is searching for an account manager who is able to develop and maintain stable and
transparent trust-based relationships with our portfolio of clients, and whose strategic advice will be of benefit to both Adviso and its clients.

In this position, you will support major clients from a range of industries in their strategic directions and tactics and identify business opportunities to stimulate the constant and sustainable evolution of their digital ecosystems. You will also be responsible for your clients' reputations both internally and externally.
A typical day will involve:
- Defining your clients' strategic goals and guiding their vision of business development; targeting your clients' needs in order to help them achieve their short-, medium- and long-term business goals and supporting them in achieving the desired results
- Acting as a leader for your account teams towards achieving your clients' objectives
- Mastering and resolving your clients' business issues and contributing to clarifying those issues for internal teams and partners
- Establishing a close relationship with your clients, taking a front seat for all conversations and especially ensuring their satisfaction, obtaining their feedback and communicating their comments internally in order to adapt Adviso's service offering
- Collaborating with project managers, service directors and their teams and ensuring effective communication between teams
- Preparing for and hosting meetings with your clients and their teams in collaboration with adviso's various areas of expertise
- Ensuring the overall profitability of your client portfolio and determining annual growth objectives
- Collaborating with teams, estimating budgets for mandates, putting together proposals and service contracts and defining the scope of projects in a contractual sense
This professional challenge is for you if you have :
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, primarily in an agency
- A deep understanding of the field of marketing, encompassing relationship marketing and loyalty, media, customer experience, data and analytics, and SEO
- Experience with and an interest in business development
- An excellent grasp of French and English, both oral and written, is necessary to ensure effective interactions with our national and international customers, as well as to ensure optimal management of content and tools in our day-to-day operations, and to foster technological innovation in our areas of expertise
