Strategist, SEO and AI Search

Adviso is looking for a strategist in SEO and AI search to complete its SEO team within the Data and Customer Experience department.

 A typical day will include: 

  • Managing the client relationship in SEO for major accounts, in collaboration with client services, by demonstrating your ability to communicate complex insights in a clear manner and influence decisions made at the executive level
  • Managing domain migrations as well as major site redesigns and consolidations in an organized, methodical way while anticipating risks and offering proactive solutions at every stage
  • Designing innovative, customized approaches for major clients that combine deep technical expertise with strategic vision to resolve complex challenges related to organic visibility within multisite, multilingual environments
  • Exploiting your expertise to diagnose complex issues while understanding how to prioritize actions based on their business impact and technical feasibility
  • Adopting a creative, solutions-oriented approach based on the budgetary or technical constraints of clients by offering innovative alternatives that maximize their ROI and ensure their future online presence
  • Mastering the art of identifying needs to recognize opportunities that have not been articulated by our clients, proposing complementary initiatives aligned with their business goals, and ensuring the strategic development of accounts while continually demonstrating the added value of SEO within their digital ecosystems
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for operational improvement, automating repetitive tasks with AI, and creating reusable frameworks that increase the efficiency of the entire team
  • Actively contributing to the evolution of the department by documenting your work methodology and maintaining a high level of operational excellence
  • Exploring and integrating the latest advances in AI in a proactive way within your SEO workflow, sharing your discoveries with the team to keep us up to date on the latest technological developments, and co-creating innovative solutions with other areas of digital expertise within the agency

You should take on this professional challenge if you have:

  • At least 6 years of experience in SEO, preferably within an enterprise SEO context, or solid agency experience that includes the simultaneous management of several major accounts
  • A mastery of the tools for technical analyses specific to SEO or content (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, Looker, BrightEdge, etc.)
  • An ability to work with the main generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
  • A deep understanding of the technical aspects of the web and of SEO
  • An insatiable curiosity about and considerable openness towards the rapid evolution of AI and LLMs
  • A demonstrated ability to work completely independently while understanding how to collaborate effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to adapt your remarks to a variety of audiences
  • An intellect that is methodical and organized with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Creativity that allows you to see beyond conventional approaches
  • A solid command of French and English, both oral and written, which is required for effective interaction with our national and international clientele, as well as to ensure optimal management of content and tools used as part of our daily practice
