Adviso is looking for a customer-focused project manager in business strategy with excellent organizational skills as well as a solid grasp of priority and time management. This person will mainly be responsible for managing projects, including planning, monitoring implementation, and closing projects. The successful candidate must also understand how to build trust-based and supportive relationships with the clients of the consultation team.

A typical day will involve:
- Actively participating in various project phases, from defining objectives to implementing solutions;
- Participating in meetings with clients, including taking notes and contributing to discussions by providing insights based on conducted analyses;
- Collecting and analyzing data, both quantitative and qualitative, to understand clients’ issues and identify business opportunities;
- Preparing detailed reports of presentations and recommendations based on conducted analyses;
- Working closely with senior consultants and other team members to guarantee the quality and efficacy of deliverables;
- Coordinating project planning: receiving client briefs, assigning resources, drafting project plans, allotting hours, and scheduling meetings;
- Coordinating project execution: developing project plans, respecting budgets and deadlines, managing communications with internal teams and clients to ensure follow-up meetings run smoothly, briefing teams of specialists on client needs and providing them with all the tools they need to deliver quality work ;
- Validating the quality of deliverables: ensure consistency between the client’s needs and requirements, the project brief, and the delivered product for all of the team’s projects;
- Contributing to designing innovative, practical solutions that respond to clients’ specific needs;
- Ensuring successful collaboration between teams and clients: enabling collaboration between stakeholders, hosting meetings, drafting reports, and performing follow-ups;
- Coordinating project closing: handling activities such as invoicing, sending client satisfaction surveys, and closing projects within our management tools.
This professional challenge is for you if you have:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in project management;
- A university degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field;
- Excellent skills at analyzing complex data and drawing relevant conclusions;
- A good grasp of the different tools available in the Google and Office suites;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting analyses and recommendations in a clear and concise manner;
- The ability to work effectively within a team in a collaborative environment;
- A good understanding of the various approaches to and methodologies of project management;
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, to interact with national and international clients;
- The right to work in Canada.
