During this aperitif, we are fortunate to receive the Honorable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Canadian Heritage, to discuss digital perspectives in Canadian cultural and media ecosystems.
GAFAs and webcasters occupy a growing proportion of our digital universe, benefiting from very few regulations, thus sometimes competing unfairly with news media and producers of Canadian cultural content.
Is it possible to imagine a more balanced future, where creators and technology platforms can collaborate to promote Canadian culture?
