adviso is among the organizations recognized with the 2026 Organizational Health Excellence Award presented by Dialogue.

This distinction highlights the efforts made to create a work environment where employee well-being directly supports business performance.

“ At adviso, we see well-being as an essential condition for performance. This recognition reflects the initiatives we’ve put in place, but above all, the daily commitment of our teams,” says Frédérick Harvey, Talent and Culture Director at adviso

At a time when expectations around workplace culture are evolving rapidly, the challenge goes beyond one-off initiatives. It’s about building sustainable conditions that enable teams to engage, grow, and perform.

adviso recognizes that there is still work to be done and continues to evolve its practices in a consistent and sustainable way. Since receiving the award in March, adviso has continued to strengthen its approach through concrete initiatives aligned with this vision.

The company launched the Propulsion Challenge to encourage physical activity and reduce screen time. Reaching collective goals also results in tree planting, in line with its B Corp commitments.

Along the same lines, a Mental Health Awareness Month initiative will roll out in May 2026, with the goal of normalizing conversations around mental health and better equipping employees with the right resources and support.

As summer approaches, adviso will also introduce volunteer days and outdoor activities to encourage time away from screens, make a positive impact in the community, and create new opportunities for connection.

These initiatives build on measures already embedded in everyday life at adviso, including a $2,000 annual wellness allowance through Tedy, free access to BIXI, a hybrid work model with a nomadic work program, and flexible group insurance coverage through Blue Cross.
