Adviso is searching for a team lead in customer intelligence to complete its Intelligence and Customer Experience teams. Working in collaboration with other team and practice leads, the selected individual will ensure the supervision and tracking of mandates that address the latest digital challenges being experienced by both clients and their team, such as the third-party cookie phase-out, and will be responsible for coaching and developing a team of customer intelligence and analytics strategists and analysts.
At adviso, the Intelligence and Customer Experience teams help brands to better understand their customers and to position customers’ needs at the heart of their growth strategies, in addition to offering our clients added value with every interaction through an increasingly customized client experience. As a team lead in Customer Intelligence, you’ll orchestrate your team’s analytics solutions and mandates and help your clients improve their collection and activation of customer and third-party data.
In this position, you’ll be responsible for supporting your team in all data and customer intelligence initiatives while ensuring the data always serve the business and marketing goals of our clients.
A typical day will include:
Collaborating with your team to:
- Evaluate the business and technological needs of clients and offer innovative solutions to maximize the impact of data on their business goals
- Develop 360 data unification strategies that integrate data from multiple sources (ad data, customer data, offline data)
- Analyze the performance of offline digital initiatives (web, mobile applications, customer data, offline data) and suggest approaches for improvement
- Set up dashboards to enable clients to track their performance
- Use insights to orient the business and marketing decisions of clients and agency teams, particularly the Customer Experience team
- Standardize and promote the use of data products
- Provide public or private training sessions on digital performance measurement and the exploitation of customer data
Managing your team’s output and performance, including:
- Delegating incoming projects and tracking the team’s activity level
- Tracking the progress of client projects
- Validating the quality of deliverables and clients’ overall satisfaction level
- Optimizing processes and deliverables according to the evolution of tools and standards in the marketplace
- Assisting the Sales and Advisory Group teams with project estimations
Managing your team’s development, including:
- Coaching and managing team members, supervising their integration, professional development and evaluations
- Participating in the recruiting process
- Promoting a culture of innovation through customer-focused marketing
This professional challenge is for you if you have:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in business intelligence or marketing (customer or third-party data)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in team management
- A good understanding of segmentation techniques (RFM, behavioural, sociodemographic, etc.)
- A degree in IT, business administration, business intelligence, or marketing, or equivalent experience
- A mastery of French and English, both oral and written, which is required for effective interaction with our national and international clientele, as well as to ensure the optimal management of content and tools used as part of our daily operations and to promote technological innovation within our fields of expertise
- The right to work in Canada
You’ll be ahead of the competition if you have the following assets:
- A good grasp of SQL, R, or Python
- A good grasp of data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Looker, Power BI)
- A facility with the Google or Adobe ecosystems (Google or Adobe Analytics, Google Cloud Platform/BigQuery)
- Sound knowledge in statistics and machine learning (AI)
- A good understanding of CRM platforms and of personalization and testing strategies
- Certifications that demonstrate your skills in data analysis (IBM Data Analyst, Google Data Analytics, Adobe Business Practitioner)
