Adviso is searching for a rigorous project manager with excellent customer service skills whose main responsibility will be managing a variety of digital projects, from launch to closure. This person will work together with Adviso’s teams of specialists to advise clients and develop a long-term business relationships with them.

A typical day will involve:

  • Planning projects: receiving briefs from clients, assigning resources, drafting project plans, allotting hours
  • Managing project execution: developing project plans, respecting deadlines and budgets, managing all internal communications with clients to ensure productive follow-up meetings, briefing specialist teams on client needs, providing teams will all the tools they need to deliver quality work and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Validating the quality of deliverables: ensuring coherence between client needs and requests, the project brief and the final deliverable, and above all ensuring that clients are satisfied
  • Being proactive and maintaining control over your projects: identifying opportunities for improvement, pointing out risks and suggesting a plan of action, identifying potential problems and proposing solutions to clients and managers
  • Documenting projects: creating written documentation of meetings, requests, decisions and major changes relating to projects and clients
  • Ensuring collaboration amongst teams is productive: promoting collaboration between stakeholders, hosting meetings, drafting reports
  • Coordinating the termination of projects: collaborating with the accounting team for invoicing, project profitability analysis and project management using our management tools

This challenge is for you if you have:

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in an equivalent position (project management, customer service, digital marketing consulting within an agency)
  • A university degree or experience relating to the position
  • A good understanding of the digital field
  • A good mastery of the various project management approaches and methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Cascade/Waterfall, etc.)
  • An understanding of various web tools (Google Drive, Trello, Basecamp, etc.)
  • An excellent grasp of French and English, both oral and written
  • The right to work in Canada
