Professional seminar concerning government online: an Adviso associate is invited as a guest speaker

Adviso will be present at the upcoming seminar organized by the Secrétariat du Conseil du trésor concerning marketing for online services. The seminar will welcome ten guest speakers, experts in their respective fields. This event will take place on Wednesday, September 15, 2004, from 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at the ÉNAP Quebec Amphitheatre (555 Charest Est, Quebec City).

During this event, Jean-François Renaud, Adviso Consulting Associate, will make a presentation entitled: “Pour rejoinder les bonnes personnes au bon moment…” (“Reaching the right people at the right moment”).

This seminar aims to help participants improve the following skills:

* Identify the needs of their clientele (citizens or businesses) in terms of electronic services * Define an efficient marketing strategy for those electronic services * Describe new marketing tools applicable for the chosen electronic services * Create a channel migration strategy (e.g. from a store outlet to the web)
